The 140th Annual New York State Session will be held at the Cortland Ramada Inn on October 19 through 23. This year it is hosted by Cortland, Oneida, Onondaga and Tompkins Counties. Delegates from around the state to work on resolutions relating to important issues, especially those of rural and family significance. Download the full program.
